Professional Experience: 

Ms.Liu studied at North Western Polytechnical University from 1975 to 1979, majored in Automatic control. She worked in the 304 Research Institute of the Ministry of Aeronautics Industry as a team leader from 1979 to 1988. She worked in CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office as a Patent Attorney from 1988. During 1994-1995, she engaged in advanced studies in Germany and Japan. From 2011, she worked as an office director in CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office. She left CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office in 2014. She is a senior engineer with professional technical title.

Ms. Liu joined Intewig & Partners in 2015 as a partner.
