Professional Experience: 

Mr. Xu obtained his Master's degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University (Chinese-German College) in 2007 and further studied as a visiting scholar in TU Dortmund for more than six mouths.

Mr. Xu began working in IP areas in 2007. He worked successively as a patent attorney in King & Wood Mallesons and NTD Patent &Trademark Agency for nearly seven years. During this period, he accumulated extensive professional experience in the IP areas.

Mr. Xu was qualified as an Attorney at law in 2010 and then admitted as a patent attorney before SIPO. Up to now, Mr. Xu successfully handled about 800 patent applications and office actions for some renowned companies such as Bosch, Johnson & Johnson, Canon and Caterpillar. He also has rich professional knowledge and experience in areas of patent reexamination, invalidation and litigationproceedings. His profound comments on the Office Actions and intensive understanding of the technologies won great faith from the clients.

Mr. Xu  joined Intewig & Partners in 2013 as a Patent Attorney and an Attorney at Law.
